We are still here....

We've been busy...

So much to catch up on! I will be back with heaps of photos soon - of Brett's sisters wedding, camping down south, and heaps of the kids.

Well, she survived her first term of Kindy...

I picked up an Easter Bunny, not a Charlotte, from her last day of Kindy for the term. Here she is in her bunny ears eating the chocolate eggs they made today at school.

We now have nearly 3 weeks of school holidays, what on earth I am going to do with her???

Lucas @ 12 months.... finally!!!

Well Lucas' 1st birthday has come and gone... but I wanted to update his final month as a "baby', as apparently he is now a toddler... not that he is "toddling" just yet...
Always on tippy-toes...
He weighs 10.9 kilos and is 78.5cms tall... his head circumference is off the scale. Actually it is only 1cm smaller than Charlotte's so the poor bugger has inherited the Lander family noggin!!

He has 8 teeth and a few more well on the way. I'm gonna blame them for the fact that he still wakes several times a night.

He LOVES vegemite toast, grated cheese, chicken (especially drumsticks), rice crackers and esecially loves pasta. He inhales it!! He also eats everything with his pinky finger raised...

He is babbling heaps... quite a bit of it we can actually decipher - Dada, Mama, Hawoe (hello), nigh-nigh (said when he is going to bed), tickle, gog (dog), car, duck.

When we say Louie go nigh-nighs, he puts his head down on our shoulder or the couch/highchair tray table.

He points at everything and grunts!! He waves, blows kisses and fake coughs.

He loves music and bops along. Especially loves Abba (when Charlie watches Mamma Mia).

He is a real Daddy's boy. Everytime the phone rings he crawls over to the phone, points to it and says Da-da. He also points Brett out in photos.

He crawls really quickly, too quick and has landed on his chin several times resulting in a whopper of a bruise.

This smiley face greets me when I go in to get him after a nap...

We love our sweet little man...
