Picnic by the water...

Yesterday, while poor Brett worked a strike shift, I took the kids down to the local foreshore to meet up with some great friends for an afternoon of playing (and paddling). The weather has still been pretty warm here, but yesterday was the exception, and the breeze was up, so I thought there was no way they would go near the water.

I was wrong...

They had a ball!
