How to build a cubby house - Part 1

Brett has started constructing Charlotte's Christmas/3rd Birthday present - a very special Cubby House. We had looked at buying one in kit form, or fully constructed, but to get a decent sized one you are looking at over $1000. I found some plans on Ebay and needless to say, it isn't going to work out much cheaper - but Brett is enjoying the challenge. And of course Charlotte has to lend a hand...
